Who we are

Telso provides custom AI workflow automation for healthcare clinics. This page explains how we handle the information shared with us through this website and during client engagements.

This is a placeholder policy. It reflects how we operate today, but it has not been reviewed by counsel. We recommend confirming the final version with your own legal team before treating it as binding.

Information we collect on this site

When you fill out the contact form, we collect the name, email, and message you provide. We use Netlify to receive form submissions and send them to our team. We retain these submissions only as long as needed to follow up with you.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects standard aggregate metrics (pages visited, referrer, device type). We do not link analytics data to individuals.

Protected Health Information (PHI)

We do not collect PHI through this website. Do not submit patient information through the contact form.

In client engagements, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any PHI is shared. PHI is handled exclusively on the client's own systems and within environments covered by that BAA.

We do not use client data, including PHI, to train AI models. We use enterprise tiers of language models that provide that contractual guarantee.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required by Google Analytics. We do not use marketing or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing access to the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@telsogroup.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. We'll change the "last updated" date above, and material changes will be summarized on this page.
