We catch it before your staff does. Monitoring is 24/7 and alerts us, not you. If a workflow is degraded, we either fix it before morning or send your team a short note so they know what to expect when they arrive.
Do my staff need to learn new software?
No. Everything runs in your existing systems. There's no Telso dashboard for staff to log into. They notice the work is done, not that there's a new tool.
What if I want to stop?
You own everything we build. Documentation, workflows, integrations — they live in your systems. If you ever leave, you keep it all and we hand over the keys.
