1. Using this website

By visiting telsogroup.com, you agree to use the site lawfully. The content here is informational. Nothing on this site forms a contract by itself. A formal engagement starts only once both parties sign a written agreement.

2. Client engagements

Telso engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties. Where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is signed before any Protected Health Information is shared.

Pricing, scope, deliverables, and timelines are set in the SOW. Nothing on this website constitutes a fixed quote.

3. Intellectual property

The Telso name, logo, and the design of this website are property of Telso. The text, code, and visuals here are licensed for use only in the context of evaluating Telso for your clinic.

Work product delivered to clients under an SOW is licensed to that client per the terms of the SOW. Clients retain ownership of their own data and systems at all times.

4. No medical advice

Telso provides software and automation services. We do not provide medical advice. Decisions about patient care are made by licensed clinicians, not by automated systems. Where AI assists clinical workflows, a qualified human reviews the output.

5. Liability

We try to be useful and to be accurate, but we provide this website "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, Telso is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Liability under a client engagement is governed by the MSA and SOW for that engagement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Telso's place of business. Any dispute relating to this website will be heard in the courts of that jurisdiction.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be summarized at the top of this page.
